Last night I finished writing the guidebook for The MicroCosmic Oracle. It's over 200 pages long and the first book that I have ever written. It took WAY longer than I thought it would, but I am so glad that I took the few extra weeks to do some further copy editing. I compared it to some of my early drafts and holy crap, the final is so much more professional and adult sounding than I thought I was capable of. Last night, I got to a point where even my hyper-critical-multiple-Virgo-planets self couldn't find any more room for improvements. I sent the book off to my printers, just as the lunar eclipse hit its maximum. And then I went to bed knowing that this project is complete. 

I am SO RELIEVED. I've been working on this book non-stop since I got back from vending in Southern California back in January. Between the book, art business stuff, and contract work, I've consistently been putting in 50-60 hour weeks. This Barbie Movie meme sums up my existence for the last few months:

On a larger scale, this project has been taking up a big chunk of my thoughts since 2018, and I'm already noticing an odd amount of extra space available in my brain. Every time I hear something that could tie in to the astrology or animal descriptions in the book, I am still catching myself making mental notes that I can no longer use. In the last few days, I've also been able to do exciting things like take a long walk, clean my studio, put all of my reference books away, and socialize with humans. 

I know I still have a lot of work ahead of me to complete the projects related to this Kickstarter. I haven't touched the artwork for the RAM and BEES shirts since October, and I need to finish production of the altar cloth and write up all of your personalized card readings. And once I get the decks, there is going to be a lot of boxing, shipping, and fulfillment logistics. But first I'm taking a few days to accept my new existence in which this project is finished. 

I actually completed the files for the oracle cards and box about a week ago, and those are already in production! I received these photos from my printer, which I am super excited about:

Since production is completed and I have an approximate ETA for receiving the decks I am going to be sending out the final round of surveys through BackerKit later this week! You'll be able to input your address, pay for shipping, and add on any extra goodies until May when I start sending out rewards. I have a few details to sort out in regards to international shipping, but keep an eye on your inbox in the next few days. 

I'll be keeping you all posted on updated shipping ETAs and my progress on the new shirt designs. Until then, thank you all for your support and patience.
